What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

I'm curious about the dog/ cat age, natural habits and if has any diseases. I'm curious about eating habits and food allergies. I would like to know if it is obey to a strange person and its owner. I would like to know if its friendly with other animals, how it behaves. I like all kind of cats, except the sphynx. I couldn't handle dog species which are raised to fight, but beside that any other type are more than welcome:)
