About me

Dear Reader,

My name is Márk. I grew up in Székesfehérvár and now live in Budapest. I love animals, which is why I’d like to take care of pets in addition to my full-time job, as I miss being around them. Why do I miss it? Unfortunately, in the apartment I rent in Budapest, I’m not allowed to keep any animals. This is tough for me since I’ve always had pets. Currently, I have two cats who live with my parents until I can afford my own place. Besides cats, I’ve had dogs, guinea pigs, fish, and even snails. I’m not afraid of exotic animals either, whether it’s snakes or giant grasshoppers. Every animal has its own beauty and cuteness. I’d be happy to look after your pet too!

A bit more about me: I work at a holistic medical clinic, where treatments are based on acupuncture. I love hiking and cooking (the latter, unfortunately, shows 😃). By profession, I’m an environmental lab technician, but I’ve started studying a new field—phytotherapy and apitherapy.

To balance out the positives, it’s important to mention that I’m terrible at makeup! Yes, I’ve tried it (poor partner of mine 😃).

What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

Before I accept the responsibility of taking care of your pet, I would like you to provide some useful information about its daily routine.

For dogs or cats:

• How many walks does your dog need per day?
• How many times a day does your pet eat?
• (For dogs) Should I be concerned about the possibility of being bitten? (For example, if your dog is old and possibly in a state of dementia.)
• How much time should I spend playing or interacting with your pet each day?

For any other pets, it would be important to know their feeding schedule and how much time I should spend with them so I can make sure it fits with my work schedule.

Magyar illetve Angol nyelven beszélek ellenben a német nyelvtől sem ijedek meg mert párom beszéli felsőfokon így kommunikáció szempontjából nem probléma. In English: I speak both Hungarian and English, but I’m not intimidated by the German language either, as my partner speaks it fluently, so communication is not an issue.
