About me

I attended a high school and hold a high school diploma. My younger brother was born prematurely and has mild disabilities; he is autistic and requires special education, with the 70th code. I have been taking care of him a lot. I have been working as a babysitter for 3 years, with several different families. Typically, I look after 2 or 4 children. I have been tutoring elementary school students for 2 years. My mother is a teacher, so I have experience in pedagogy. Currently, I am participating in a Babysitter and Nanny training program. I am very patient and sympathetic with children. I enjoy engaging in play with them and taking them to the playground. When there are disputes among the children, I always offer them choices and various compromise options. I have good problem-solving skills and do not tolerate yelling or aggression. I have many creative ideas for games and provide numerous solutions to problems. Being young, I can easily keep up with the children, and I am familiar with their slang and language. Often, I meet the parents' needs in a playful way, for example, ensuring they stay hydrated, increasing their appetite, etc. I encourage children verbally, which I consider important. Additionally, for things that are challenging for them, such as drinking, eating, or tidying up, I reward them with small incentives like a treat, choosing a movie, or planning the next day's activities.
