About me

I am Samuéla Mária Horváth (Ria), a 19-year-old career entrant.

Between the ages of 12 and 16, I worked with 6-10-year-old children on a weekly basis and I looked after them in summer camps, as I was a scout leader. (I had to leave the association due to a change of school, as I couldn't travel that much, but I really liked being a scout and around children). Thanks to this experience, I have inexhaustible game ideas that are screen-free and can engage children, even develop them in some area.

Even though I mainly have experience with children between the ages of 6 and 10, I would be delighted to care for younger or older children as well.

I graduated from a Waldorf High School this year (which pays special attention to the artistic creativity and mental health of the students) and last year I volunteered at an Elementary School for children with special needs.

I am interested in language learning, psychology, sociology, self-development and sustainable development.

Although I do not have a degree in psychology, but (only in case) if the parent requests it, I am happy to teach the child(ren) in a playful framework psychological knowledge that can be useful to them in life, for example, assertive communication.

I like to clean and cook, and even though I myself am vegan, if the children eat meat, I can prepare it. I respect everyone's eating habits as I respect everyone's religion, ethnicity, sexuality, etc.

(My hourly wage would vary depending on the housework and the number of children, but I’m open to discussion.)
