About me

I graduated with a master's in andragogy at Milton Friedman University. I am an adult education leader and a geronto-andragogue. I taught at the university's senior academy and in senior clubs. The title of my course is: "How to live to 100 years?", which was based on the 'Blue zones research' and aims to improve the quality of life for people of all ages. I mainly taught with a focus on the elderly.
I love the elderly, highly value their sharing of experiences, respect their wiseness, and enjoy listening to their stories. I am a good conversationalist, which usually brings a smile to people's faces. My direct and kind manner quickly instills trust in people. They easily feel comfortable even in possibly uncomfortable situations.
Perhaps I owe the latter due to my graduation from a healthcare secondary school, mainly studying psychology subjects. Respect for human dignity is an important lesson learned from my studies.
